The location is perfect for those who like and stay active as the light rail and hiking trails start close to the house. A car can be included in the rent for a surcharge. Welcome to our cabin, located in a quiet area by a lake. The cabin has a beautiful view, and here are opportunities to experience both the northern lights and the midnight sun. The area has varied opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities and experiences all year round. Please feel free to ask us for tips :) NOTE: The sleeping home is open and is not suitable for children. Children can use bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, or a movable floor mattress. The cabin has a hot water tank of 120 liters, there is hot water for 3 - 4 people.

This place has stunning views over the Altafjord. In the winter, the Northern Lights often shine right into the living room. It is centrally located in a quiet street and has walking distance to Alta city center (7 min) and UiT (12 min). 5 min walk to grocery store. The home has an associated outdoor area with plating and garden, where in the summer you can enjoy late evenings in the midnight sun. The apartment is equipped with a cot and high chair, and is fine for families with children.

Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

Henrybu Comfortable house by the fjord.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area. The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.
