Everything is provided for optimal comfort and environmentally friendly at no extra cost. The house has been reinvented in every detail. Each material has been considered in an environmentally friendly manner. You will have an experience that brings us to reflect on our comfort and our energy expenditure. Many eco-friendly solutions are available for relaxing, heating, eating, and sleeping differently. This 50 m² cottage consists of a bedroom with a wooden bath, sink and an extremely comfortable wide sleeping area. A walk-in shower in the form of a fogger allowing a very significant water saving. Rainwater-fired toilets. A warm living room with a wood-burning stove that will be your only heating and cooking center. For outdoor cooking, a barbecue is available for you. There is also a jong Mah sofa for sleeping for 1 adult or 2 children. The cottage gives direct and private access to a terrace with enclosed garden with fruit trees and a permaculture mound. On your terrace, a traditional wood-heated Nordic bath can warmly enhance your days and evenings. Here everything is designed to reconnect with nature and recharge your batteries by enjoying simple pleasures. No animals allowed No smoking The traditional Nordic bath is private and unlimited at no extra cost (bathrobes provided). Check-in from 5pm - Check-out 11am (flexible depending on reservation) Cleaning fee of 30 euros not optional given the current health conditions.

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.
