The house is located in the village Fjaltring close to popular Høfte Q, where you can swim, fish and surf. It has plenty of space and nice views of the fields and the North Sea from the first floor. It is about 850 m to the sea. The garden is beautiful. There is a sauna and shower in the basement, a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the first floor. Heating is with air-air heat pump, electric radiators and wood stove. Electricity costs DKK 2.75 per kWh, water costs DKK 47 per m3. If you want to rent linens and towels, this costs 75 DKK per person.

The yard's 2 cats are not moveable. They live outside and get aging in. They are very sweet and cuddly and take care of themselves. There is a wilderness bath on the terrace. If you want to swim, you have to fire up the oven yourself.
