The apartment is located on the 1st floor - is also accessible by an elevator - and has 2 balconies, to the east, the other facing south, with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings and the Chiemgau Alps, which are often spectacular. The spacious apartment is lovingly decorated, the large garden and sauna can be used. Our house is surrounded by horse pastures in a quiet secluded location.
