Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

From our apartment, the Ruhr and the Hattingen Ruhrbrücke S-Bahn station are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment belongs to a family house, but has its own entrance in the hallway on the 2nd floor. There you have bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom for private use. There is everything you need for a relaxing stay. Towels and linens are included.

Ruhr University, German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
