Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung in guter Lage (Wohngebiet) am Stadtrand von Karlsruhe. Kurtaxe inklusive. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn). Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. A small (approx. 45 square meters) but nice attic apartment on the second floor. Quiet, non-smoking apartment in a two-family home. From two nights, €60 per night for up to two people, each additional person €10 per night (max. Occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Long-term rental on request. Hand/bath towels are provided and are changed once a week. Bed linen, dishtowels at no extra charge. In the courtyard there is a table with chairs.

Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. It is in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached modern house. Free, safe parking in the cul-de-sac. The S-Bahn [suburban train] stop and service center, Netto market with bakery, pizzeria and pharmacy is only about 150 m away. The quiet, direct forest location is an ideal starting point for jogging or cycling through the Hardtwald, the green lung of Karlsruhe. On request, a lockable bicycle room can be provided.
