The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Enjoy the ambiance of this first floor apartment in the stylishly renovated turn-of-the-century house, located in the historic Reuterviertel, within walking distance of downtown. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with a large shower and a fully equipped kitchen for your own use. Other closed rooms of the apartment are temporarily used as a studio/workshop by the owners, who live privately on the upper floors. Garden seating with fire pit available.

Mit Fertigstellung im August 2024, haben wir versucht einen Ort zu schaffen welcher zur Entspannung einlädt und bestes Wohlbefinden bietet. Erkundet den nahegelegenen Altmühlsee (8km) / Brombachsee (12km) mit deren zahlreichen Freizeitattraktionen. Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur!

It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche, Essbereich sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse, sowie auch das Badezimmer In der unteren Etage befinden sich die beiden Schlafräume. Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find enough space with us. By arrangement, a crib can also be provided. Pets are welcome for a small fee.

Welcome to our spacious ground floor apartment in the countryside with balcony and terrace. It has its own entrance, living room, kitchen/dining room and a bedroom. It is a non-smoking apartment and no pets allowed. The apartment is located in a district of Lichtenau, which is 2 km away. There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor swimming pool.
