Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Black Swan Holiday Cottage

Originally built in 1623, this former public house is wonderfully situated between the heart of town and the banks of the River Wye. Come and stay with us and enjoy our relaxing rooms that offer a flat screen TV and free WiFi. When you arrive you will be directed to your own private parking area. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town .
