You'll love this unique and romantic mini house with a private path to a beautiful beach. The garden is surrounded by large trees with a rich bird life. From the living room there is a view of the water. There are two small cozy bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The bathroom is spacious with a spa. A perfect place for a romantic stay or idyllic family vacation for the small family. The house is located by the beautiful nature area Marbæk with lakes, heath, forest and beach. It is 6 km to 2 attractive golf courses and 12 km to Esbjerg City.

There is a private entrance and private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Private parking space and space for bicycles. The home consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and Smart TV (Chromecast - % TV channels). The sofa bed is with a real mattress + quality top mattress. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm).

Der er 2 gamle cykler i garagen som kan bruges uden garanti. Derudover er der kul og gasgrill ( gas og kul skal selv medbringes) Der er 4,5 km ind til nærmeste indkøb.

Older summer house on natural grounds

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Boligen er renoveret i 2025. Boligen ligger i et lille sommerhus område, med omkring 400 boliger, med mange hyggelige stier i området. Mange muligheder for gode gå eller cykelturer. Ved hjælp af stien, er der ca. 200 meter til Ringkøbing fjord, hvor der er en lille sandstrand, samt badebro. Der er flere legepladser og boldbaner i området. Som værter er vi altid til jeres disposition og vi hjælper uden tøven.

For børn er der kun 200 m til Nymindegab Familie Camping, hvor I finder et hyggeligt badeland og en kiosk med morgenbrød, is og take-away. Beliggenheden er ideel for både børnefamilier og par, der ønsker en afslappende ferie tæt på naturen og lokale faciliteter. Husdyr er ikke tilladt.

There are bed linens, towels, dishcloth and kitchen towel. Good little kitchenette, with 2 hotplates and oven, as well as refrigerator with small freezer. There is a private entrance and bathroom with shower.
