Apartment 119 m²: 3 bedrooms Children's room: Accommodates up to 7 children. The top beds of the 2 bunk beds are designed for children only. The remaining beds of the two bunk beds could also be used by up to 5 adults.

Our well-kept apartment is situated in a quiet location in the Reutte valley basin, in the middle of the Ausserfern/Tyrol tourist region. The apartment on the first floor is part of a detached house which we live in as a family, but is completely separated with its own entrance. It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/bathtub/washer/dryer, fully equipped. Kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Own free parking right by the house + 380V connection for electric cars.

Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

Eure Unterkunft liegt in der Zugspitzarena. Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.

The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee maker, as well as a 35 sqm bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment.
