Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Huset er et gammelt, restaureret fiskerhus med en ganske unik beliggenhed 30 meter fra egen strand. Det er indrettet som helårsbolig med 7 faste sengepladser og mulighed for 1 ekstra opredning. Udsigten ud over Bæltet og gåture langs stranden er egentlig rigeligt i sig selv - hvis vi selv skal sige det - men der er også masser af alternative udflugtsmuligheder, f. eks. Bridgewalking, marsvinesafari eller en tur i Madsby Parken i Fredericia.

We have a nice apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV-wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 small children. We are located 800 meters from the child-friendly beach Vejlby Fed. Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of 200 DKK or 25 euros, which is only paid once, but you can use the bath as much as you want.
