Tucked away in a quiet location surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you, far from noise and bustle – with sweeping views of nature and, on clear days, all the way to the Chiemgau Alps. Here you won't hear anything except the birds singing and the gentle mooing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for unwinding, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind.

In this spacious and disabled-friendly 85 sqm newly renovated accommodation on the ground floor of a detached house overlooking the Inn and with direct access, you will find the necessary rest from everyday life for up to 4 people and pets. The house has free Wi-Fi, the bedroom with window to the Inn with power switch. Internet is available via LAN cable in every room. Living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and large fenced garden ideal for dogs that can move freely.

Quiet farm for up to 23 people for group vacations

At the GENSLEITEN riding school, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events, bachelor parties, or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or making an inquiry. Additional fees will be charged for the 17th person.

Living in the countryside

A beautiful 120 sqm apartment in a quiet location is rented out. Neukirchen is 10 minutes by car from Braunau and 40 minutes from Salzburg. In the immediate vicinity are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket. The apartment consists of: Bedroom with large double bed Bedroom with mattress on slatted frame 140 x 200 and an additional bed with 90 x 200. Living room with large couch that can also be used for sleeping and a bed 90/200 2 bathrooms Toilet, Kitchen and balcony

With us at Hadermannhof you can stay in a quiet and idyllic location. If you want, you can make your stay a farm experience or you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. In the Rottal there are many ways to organize your stay and there is always something going on at our farm. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
