Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Hennepin County

John was a great host, welcoming my son and I into his home. There was a nice sense of community in the home filled with past travelers and stories. I much more prefer the experience of a home than staying in a stuffy hotel. The accommodations were the perfect size for my son and I, not having to cook breakfast was a huge bonus and it was very delicious. The area is walkable, sadly it was a little cold and snowy to venture out on foot. Will definitely stay again!

Great host. let us check in early due to our fighting landing early. clean house, comfortable beds, close to food, groceries ,etc. close to downtown, the mall of america and airport only 20 mins away. nice quiet place to stay.

Where to even begin- the place is magical and the hosts are amazing and caring. I highly recommend staying there if you get a chance.

I absolutely loved staying here, and I can't wait to go back! If you love historical sites like I do, you'll love this place. Check-in was easy, and the pictures were accurate. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had tickets to the Orpheum Theater, which was only a six minute drive away. I enjoyed the complimentary wine they set out in the evening. It was a great place for my birthday staycation. Check it out!

I was able to work from the kitchen table- where there was cereal, lots of cut up fruit and homemade mini muffins- which were delicious! They made the availability of the kitchen area open which was really appreciative. Super nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was super deep- which was nice soak in. The neighborhood was beautiful! Walked many miles. easy access to the very inexpensive public transportations systems. Thanks for the opportunity to stay with your family.

I loved my stay at 300 Clifton. It was really cool to get a tour of the historically restored mansion. My room was comfortable and spacious. Although it was a little warm, it cooled off throughout the night . Loved the Koi pond.

The stay at Liz & John’s Airbnb was incredible. The house was welcoming, and you feel at home immediately. They are great listeners and truly value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I have known Liz & John for many years as I used to have employees from out of state who have stayed with them regularly when on business trips. I recently went through some rough times and need a home to stay and found refuge at their humble and beautiful home. Liz and John are amazing hosts, and their breakfasts are prepared from the soul. They are like a family to me, and I am so grateful to them for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. My stay happened to be over the thanksgiving holiday and was invited to join their family and friends for thanksgiving dinner. It was one of the best thanksgiving dinners I have ever had as Liz is a master chef. May God bless them both as they continue to help so many that needs a warm bed and welcoming home to stay. Super peaceful place to stay in beautiful south Minneapolis. Very convenient location and Keith provided me with an easy off-street space to park my car. I felt right at home and would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful stay in the area. Keith was extremely helpful and friendly during my stay. Excellent!

Peaceful and serene tree lined area, convenient to nature trails, yoga, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Diane is an exceptional hostess and made me feel right at home. Private room and bathroom. Definitely returning to Diane's again!

This was our second time staying with Mary. We absolutely love her home! It is close to everything, clean, and comfy. We enjoy chatting with Mary and her sister Carol, who lives a couple houses over. They are both absolute joys!

Monica was a very gracious host. She really took us in under her wing. She stocked the fridge for us and even got some gluten free bread when she realized that a member of our party was gluten intolerant. She went out of her way to help us feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. Her place was very clean and tidy. She even had boxes that we could put our toiletries in to keep them in the bathroom. She also had a fabulous garden. She said it wasn't as great as it usually is, but we thought it was lovely all the same. I would definitely stay with her again. She's a great lady and we were lucky to meet her and be hosted by her. Thanks!
