Unser historisches Kärntner Bauernhaus in Alleinlage aus dem Jahr 1841 wurde liebevoll und mit Bedacht renoviert. Viele internationale Gäste haben hier bereits einen schönen Urlaub inmitten wunderbarer Natur verbracht und die alpine Gemütlichkeit vereint mit moderner Ausstattung genossen. 2019 wurde nun das Dachgeschoss und die ehemalige Mühle zur Penthousewohnung auf zwei Etagen im Chaletstil ausgebaut. Die sonnige Wohnung sowie der überdachte großzügige Freisitz bieten eine unverbaute Sicht.

Das neu renovierte Forsthaus liegt im Herzen des Drautals zwischen Spittal und Lienz und ist perfekt für Familien und Gruppen, die die Ruhe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten suchen. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage zwischen Schloss Stein und der Ortschaft Stein am Waldrand und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und das Drautal. Der nächste größere Ort ist Dellach im Drautal und kann in 10 min mit dem Auto erreicht werden.

On 43 m², our Chalet with 2 bedrooms provides ample space for up to 5 people. Your glamping accommodation features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC / shower (hairdryer) and a living area with kitchenette. You will be sleeping on a comfortable double bed and 2 single beds. In the living area, there is also a sofa-bed sleeping 1 additional person.

Our cosy apartment 1 has 80 square metres and includes a kitchen and dining area, a bathing space, a separated toilet room, a living room with 2 single beds and a bedroom. Additionally it has 2 exits to a balcony with a nice view over the village and valley. The parking place for your car is right behind the house.

Alpine hut in a fantastic location

From our panoramic terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the gigantic mountains of the Carnic Alps with hiking opportunities nearby. We can really recommend this place for connoisseurs. If you want it, this is a little paradise all to yourself. A bit of alpine romance included!
