This place is a gem in the heart of Torio, walking distance to beautiful trails and river, and a couple restaurants. Gorgeous sunset and peaceful souroundings. The hosts were awesome, super friendly, flexible, helpful and also respectful of privacy. I would highly recommend for a relaxing and restorative experience immersed in nature but close to activities and basic amenities. We"ll be back for sure- Thank you!

We (a family of 4) had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. There was so much available within a short walk from the beach to nature walks and waterfalls, to Restaurants. Mauricio’s information pack was very helpful and detailed. Those house itself was as photographed but better. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you to Mauricio for giving us a space to wind down from city life.

Katie and Scot were terrific hosts. As I was travelling solo it was nice to know they were close by if I needed anything - a delicious meal or even a lift into town. As it was my first time in Torio it was fantastic to have such a wealth of local knowledge available to me too. Thanks for a lovely time you two!!

An unbeatable experience! This beautiful home in Chitré is the perfect place to rest and disconnect. The tranquility, privacy, and security of the environment are exceptional. Every night we enjoy sitting in the portal, chatting under a clear sky and in absolute silence, something that feels increasingly rare to find. The hosts' attention was impeccable - always attentive, friendly, and willing to make sure everything was perfect. It felt like being at home. We look forward to coming back soon!

Loved the stay, it was my first time in Mariato and my choice in Teffy's lodging was excellent! Comfortable, close to restaurants, beaches and activities to do. The accommodation has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and what one needs for the stay. I went to Mariato looking for dark skies for astronomical tourism, and it was an EXCELLENT place thanks to its dark skies. The recommendations from Teffy and Mr. Herbert were very helpful as a first-time in the area has no knowledge of the environment. Just like the host's attention was great. The lodging would give 6 stars, but the maximum allowed by the platform is 5. I will definitely be back very soon.
