From this centrally located accommodation, you can take the regional express from Ahrensburg station to Hamburg Central Station in 20 minutes. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Conveniently located between Hamburg and Lübeck, you will stay in our well-equipped vacation home in the city center in the Heiligengeist district of Bad Oldesloe, absolutely quietly located directly on the Trave. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer our guest room with separate entrance to nice people for overnight stays and to linger. The room and bathroom are available for the guests' exclusive use. To relax outdoors, there is a lawn and seating right in front of the entrance. Hoisdorf offers many opportunities for recreation and at the same time good connections by bus/train or car/highway to Hamburg. We are also happy to provide our guests with a bike during their stay.

There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Roschi's guest house offers you modern equipped guest rooms. All rooms are fully available to our guests. Thus, the bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, dining room & living room are shared living spaces. The double rooms are of course private. Towels and linens are included. Outside there is a large garden with seating. Pets are not allowed, as well as smoking indoors. A wallbox can be used for a fee.

The oneroom-appartement is on the first floor in a big typical farmhouse of northern germany, built in 1905. You sleep in a double bed. If pets are to be brought along, prior arrangement is necessary. For the pets that are brought along, there are additional costs, which have to be paid in cash with the host.
