That was an incredible experience! This type of vacation was exactly the one I was looking for after a stressful city routine. Location of the village is remote enough so the countryside quietness is totally guaranteed there. Just in a few minutes of driving from the main road you really get into genuine real Svanetia village life with iconic towers and stunning views to mountains. The view of Ushba mountain needs extra mention-that is out of this world! Morning just before the sun rise+sounds of wood burning in fireplace+cup of coffee+misterious view to Ushba=recepi of peace and harmony everyone of us needs. Huge thanks to David and all his family for hospitality! They really did care for us and were ready to help! The food David's wife cooks is just fantastic and super tasty! I really enjoyed every aspect of our stay and am thankful to take this experience with me. We stayed in probably the coldest days of this winter. So now I would love to come again and explore summer Georgia

A place to stay. Incredible view. If you need a detached from the world, this is the place for you. Especially in winter. Very close to the Hatsvali chairlift and cabin. 5 minutes walk and you are on the slopes. Two restaurants are more than enough, or you can take the chairlift to go to town if you prefer an home made breakfast, or dinner, as we do. Just make sure to check the timing of the chairlift!

Great spot for a trip to Svaneti! Had an awesome time here - perfect place to rest with friends after snowboarding. The house is warm and cozy, with plenty of radiators to dry out all the gear. The kitchen’s a gem: gas stove, microwave, spacious fridge, even a dishwasher - everything you need for a big group. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the hosts were super helpful. They even sorted us out with a transfer and brought an extra mattress for our 9th person, even though the place is listed for 8. The views are next-level - Svan towers all around, with one literally in the yard. Also, the guesthouse is pet-friendly, so we brought a small dog along. Plus, there’s a friendly dog hanging out outside. Minor things: the kitchen could get a bit chilly, and there’s no shower curtain, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to all the positives. Would definitely stay here again!
