Beautiful walks to discover.

Wonderful apartment in a peaceful setting conveniently located on the romantic road route. Apartment is recently remodeled with beautiful finishes. Furniture and bedding are very comfortable and the home and kitchen are well designed, stocked and supplied. Has a great outdoor patio and plenty of space to stretch out. In a wonderful location for visiting area attractions. Also super quiet. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with and we hope to be back someday.

Great stay with Sabrina and Christian. Very straightforward and friendly check-in. The apartment was just right for our short stay. Although we did not use the kitchen, it looked well equipped.

I rented apartment 1 with my little 4 year old niece and my dog over Easter. Unfortunately, contrary to the description, there is no dishwasher, but everything else was available. The yard is very familiar and all installers very friendly. We were able to move absolutely freely on the premises and were allowed to pet all the horses. For small dogs, the terrace certainly does not collapse deep enough, but my Labradoodle did not try to follow the cats or chickens under the fence. The three farm dogs, and especially crumbs, are very large but totally sweet and cuddly. It's great when the music sounds in the riiiiiie riding hall - your heart opens up, especially if you sit on the terrace at dusk. At Easter there was a sweet Easter egg hideaway and one day before we left, my niece was still fulfilled the great wish of riding, thank you very much for that. We will definitely be back. :-)

All around an incredibly good AirBnB experience reminiscent of how it used to be on the platform (personal, special, cozy, right in the middle of it). There were four of us here and we had a really nice time! The large balcony is perfect for eating or hanging out in the sun all day, the house is facing the garden and yard, making it quiet and green. For 2 people absolutely perfect and spacious for longer periods, but four it was also great for a long weekend and if you know each other well (as you can see in the photos, the bedroom is not completely separated). Kitchen is well equipped, communication was super friendly and straightforward. It is not far and flat on foot to the train station, from there you are super connected :)

A nice place to stay for everyday life. Nice paths to spend hours outside with the four-legged friend.

Despite the language barrier, we managed to understand each other. We were only passing through we did not use all the features of the accommodation but everything seems good and functional. Pleasant bedding and pretty and large bathroom. Overall we are very happy with our alte . I would highly recommend

Anja and Sven are very nice, hospitable, accommodating and helpful hosts. We arrived by public transport and due to the good location to the S-Bahn station, getting there and also getting to the city center was super easy. The apartment is very cozy and super equipped. It is beautifully bright and with the view into the garden it invites you to relax quickly. You can also relax on the sunny terrace. We immediately felt "at home ", thank you again. We had a very nice stay and would be happy to come back.

We spent a family reunion with 11 people over Easter. There was enough space for everyone and the many bathrooms are also very beneficial for so many people. The house was very clean, the beds were already made and towels were in the rooms. The equipment is plentiful, we didn't miss anything. The contact with Michael was smooth and uncomplicated. Michael had shown us everything upon arrival and also the checkout went smoothly.

We had a very nice stay in Kassel! The accommodation is located in a very nice garden and generally very comfortably furnished. It was clean, tidy, and overall straightforward. Also the contact with the host was always friendly and accommodating. Definetly recommend! :)

Quiet neighbourhood in a sunny location. The apartment is well supplied with everything one needs to be self-sufficient. Great linens. Was spotless and very comfortable. Within a five minute walk of a grocery store. If in the area again, would definitely stay here.

Beautiful, small accommodation with everything you need for a stay. We felt very comfortable. The location is a good starting point for trips in the area.

Everything was as described. Great. Only the wifi is not very good, but probably due to the technical circumstances of the place. I'd love to come back.

I felt very comfortable with Matthias. The apartment is super nice and has everything you will need. The icing on the cake is the large sun terrace. Communication with Matthias was always flawless and Matthias is very helpful and accommodating. I recommend this place to Herze.

We spent an extended weekend there with 8 adults. The house is wonderfully suitable for this. Rebecca and Christian are very attentive landlords. We lacked nothing. It is an old millhouse, the water rushes right past the house. It is part of an old estate, away from the village, idyllically located on the edge of the forest. We highly recommend.
