Mahogany in Utah County, and just a mile away from American Fork Canyon, adventure is literally knocking on your door. Come not just to sleep, but to have an unforgettable experience. The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of American Fork Canyon, Mount Timpanogos, Thanksgiving Point, Cabelas, and easy freeway access. UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.
