Cosy studio apartment attached to a farm building on a sheep and beef farm. Outstanding panoramic views of Fiordland and nearby Upukerora River. Suitable for two guests. Fully equipped kitchen plus bbq area for cooking a meal to enjoy with the view! Basic cooking and some breakfast supplies provided (no bread). Ensuite bathroom (shower, no bath). Heated floor tiles, carpet and a wood fire (not Jan/Feb) keep things cosy on cool days. You will need a car; it is a 15 min drive into nearby Te Anau.

The Key Berry Farm: excellent reviews & location

The Key Berry Farm is in a great location to discover Fiordland : located only 1.5 hours from Queenstown and Invercargill airport, 20 minutes from Te Anau and Manapouri and 2 hrs to Milford Sound. You’ll love the relaxed and picturesque surroundings. The guesthouse is located on our property we we live, where we grow raspberries and keep a few fat sheep. We are easy to find and are very welcoming hosts. My place is good for couples, or 2 adults and up to 2 children. Look forward to meeting you!

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old.
