Vacation rentals with a firepit in Hilversum

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

It was all as described, the location and scenery were wonderful. It was definitely worth it for the money. It could have been a little cleaner (bedding or bed) but overall we had a very nice vacation

This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

It was great. Everything neat, clean and of good quality. Particularly pleasant atmosphere. We all felt at home very quickly. Also very pleasant the amenities of the hotel nearby. The area is beautiful. Wonderful walks. We were with 6 adults and a baby and all enjoyed it very much. Repeatable.

the cottage is top! Lots of facilities for children, the garden is beautiful. Everything was great, we spent a lot of time outside in April! Everything is everything!

What a wonderful stay we had in this cozy cottage in Apeldoorn! From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The cottage was sparkling clean and cozy and cozily furnished. The outdoor space was also a big plus. The terrace was tastefully decorated with plenty of seating, cozy lights and a wonderfully warm jacuzzi that was already ready upon arrival. What a luxury to be able to relax there after a day of cycling in the Veluwe! There was also a cozy garden shed with a heater, where you could still sit comfortably. A nice place to relax and unwind. The host was friendly and helpful. We received a clear brochure on the cottage with all the information in it, including some tips to do in the area. After sending a message about which restaurants he would recommend getting an answer right away and we followed one of his recommendations and it was indeed good food there (less than a 5-minute walk) Great stay!!

The place was quiet. The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished. So you felt right at home. Victor and his wife were very kind and always responsive. The accommodation is fully recommended. There are many beautiful things to explore not far, such as the center of Edam or the promenade of Volendam. Be sure to go to Amsterdam with the bus. Super easy and you can get to the city center very quickly.

I can't recommend Martijn and Lucy's place enough. The apartment itself was extremely well furnished and thought out, including a well stocked kitchen, decent shower and plenty of towels provided. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. There are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment at the top floor of the building, but these are well worth it for the benefit of a roof terrace. The location is great, with plenty of food options within a few mins walk (it's worth checking out the Foodhallen!) and an outdoor market on the street below. A tram line that can take you towards the central station is only a couple of mins away or it's an enjoyable walk to anywhere in Amsterdam. We had a great stay, thanks so much!

We had a great time! The accommodation was as described, very clean, quiet and in a good location. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for hosting us, we'll be back with pleasure!

Are you looking for a nice place to stay where you feel like you've been away for at least a week on a weekend? Then you found it here:) All together makes for a fantastic experience. Especially the modest hospitality of Wim, Renée and Teske feels sincere and warm and makes for us that this is one of the best Airbnber experiences so far (and we already have quite a bit).

Marietta's house is located in the beautiful town of Muiderberg, from where we are completely uncomplicated to Amsterdam for three days. The house is very well maintained, surrounded by old trees and many detached villas. The apartment furnished, there were small welcome gifts such as chocolates, cheese and wine. Thank you for this. After sightseeing in the city, we ended the evening in Muiderberg on the beach. Have a great stay.

The place was great, very modern and looked like the pictures. We felt very comfortable. The pool was also great!

We had a lovely stay at Tijmen's spacious home which is ideally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short walk to the museum campus, Vondelpark and several other sites. Tijmen was a wonderful host who provided very clear instructions and guidance on restaurants and sites in the area. The flat was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing with wine and snacks in the sun on the rooftop deck. Like most flats in Amsterdam, you need to climb stairs to get to the flat (and the deck), but it is well worth it!

I was there with my partner for an extended weekend and we enjoyed it very much. Jet is super cute and greeted us warmly every night when we came back. Amsterdam is about 40 minutes away by public transport. You can also get to the beach very quickly by car. I can imagine myself coming back.

the little cottage is simply fantastic. We really relaxed. We had breakfast and enjoyed being pampered by Barry. Always happy ❤️

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything provided that we could need to cater for ourselves. Bathroom was well stocked and the shower was hot with good pressure. Nice private garden with fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful, extremely green (it feels like you are in the woods) but close to plenty of amenities. Has a very family friendly vibe. Short walk to the shops/supermarket etc. and even closer to the woods/lakes etc. Lots of good outdoor routes to explore. Adva was great with some walking recommendations. 20-30 mins drive to Utrecht and Amsterdam so easy to dip in for a restaurant etc. although there are some good local restaurants which Adva can also fill you in on. Adva in general was a brilliant host, responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Kid loved it, dog loved it, adults loved it, would highly recommend!

The cottage is furnished with attention to detail and conveys a feel-good atmosphere. The communication was great, so nice hosts. With the dog you can start right away and also many beautiful routes nearby can be reached by car. We were still in Utrecht by train, also super easy to reach. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in the Tree Trunk! What a cozy ‘cozy’ cottage to try. Very neat and equipped with everything you need. Nice that our children were also allowed to squeak at the chickens and bunnies - despite that being actually private property.☺️ The host, Eline, was also very friendly.

Bori and Marchello's summer house as a "place for nature lovers" lives up to its name. Surrounded by nature, water and ducks, we had a nice stay at the cabin and were able to relax very well here and enjoy the tranquility. Check in and check out was easy and the place itself was super nice. A private parking lot, BBQ grill and waterfront terrace are available there. The amenities were sufficient for our short stay. Bikes, rowing boats and a ping pong table could be used for free, which was very nice. Overall, the place is highly recommended for nature lovers.
