At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and open chamber with sofa bed 120x200. This is a transit room. Bathroom with walk in shower. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, as well as cozy farm. There is a grill and a portable fire pit.

The cottage is in the middle of Denmark's probably largest wine district. There is a unique nature on Røsnæs with lighthouse, which is worth visiting and the house is located so that walks can be chosen on both the north and south side of Røsnæs. There are bathing opportunities from the jetty and the possibility of coastal fishing, tennis, golfing and to visit winemakers.

The cottage is located in an attractive area with 150 meters to the beach and 500m to the marina. Take the children down to the marina and do crab racing or play in the playground. Legoland and Lalandia about 1 hour drive.
