Barbara was an excellent host. Kind and always willing to help. The entire house and kitchen were well-equipped for our large group. I'm sure we'd love to come back!

We were very comfortable during the week! The view from the balcony is very nice, the newly renovated rooms do not miss anything and the hostess is very friendly, helpful and attentive.

The apartment is in great place, easy access to town, host was responsive and helpful. Great place to stay.

This place was a favorite of our family! It was a BEAUTIFUL location just a few minutes drive from the old city center of Salzburg. We really enjoyed being outside the city and getting the “feel” of the Austrian landscape. Our host, Margarete, was friendly and superb in every way. Our room/apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and a pleasure to stay in! We hope to stay again!

We had a fantastic ski holiday. We were welcomed relaxed, so we felt right at home. The children (and we) really liked the animals. In particular, Rosa, Kiera (dogs) and the cat wanted to be petted. The kids couldn't get enough of it. The sauna and the dip in the swimming pond was very nice to do. The service was top notch, the girls and Micheala were extremely helpful and nice. The mattresses were immediately changed when we indicated that we could not sleep on them. Then we had top mattresses. In the evening, play a game in the guest room and have a friendly chat. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. It was beyond our expectations. We look back on a wonderful experience!

We spent our ski holiday with Wibke in Landhaus Kitzblick over New Year's Eve and had a great time. The Landhaus Kitzblick is in a great location and within 10 minutes you can reach both the Zell am See ski resort and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier within 10 minutes by car. The also popular ski resort Saalbach-Hinterglemm can be reached within a 30-minute drive. So you're spoiled for choice. We enjoyed our stay in the Sissi room very much and was equipped with everything necessary. Since the small kitchen does not have a stove, we were able to use the stove in the communal room. Particularly noteworthy is the morning bread service, otherwise you want it. Wibke was always available for questions, answers and tips on things to do. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Flo & Alina

Since Hans is a very friendly person - thank you for the nice welcome, an interesting and uncomplicated conversation and the recommendations for eating out. The house is quaint, has a few years and has character as shown on the pictures. If you are looking for something sterile modern, this is the wrong place. I'd be happy to come back 🤘🏽

We spent a few relaxing days at Schlossberghof Marzoll. It was a great time that we enjoyed very much. We were received in a very friendly manner and also got tips for activities in the area. The house is full of loving details, and has not missed anything in terms of amenities. There was a delicious and rich breakfast and if you want, you can also eat good food à la carte in the evening. The location is simply great, between Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden and Königssee are close by. In five minutes' walk you are at a bus stop on the Austrian side, from which you can take the bus, completely stress-free and without parking worries in the middle of Salzburg, plus the ride is free with the guest card. With the same bus, in the other direction you are in Bad Reichenhall in a quarter of an hour However, we preferred to use the bicycles, which are provided free of charge by the hotel. We will be happy to come back.

We were 2 adults and 1 baby for 4 nights. On request we got a high chair. We really liked the place, as in the description, you feel like you're at home. Lake Schliersee is within walking distance. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The hotel staff was very friendly, eager and accommodating. In the wellness area you could relax excellently, there is a hot tub, swimming pool with pleasant temperature, a relaxation room, sauna and steam room, everything you need. Towels, bathrobe and slippers will also be provided. We had a nice stay and can only recommend the place 👍🏼

Katrin was very welcoming yet discreet. The accommodation is very nice, with attention to detail, minimal and new. Breakfast is amazing, with truly genuine and fresh products. The possibility of having a snack was a 5-star surprise. The very quiet location surrounded by greenery allows you to take walks starting directly from the house. Thanks Katrin for letting us spend some wonderful moments in serenity

We had booked very spontaneously in the morning and arrived in the evening. The check-in was very easy and straightforward with a lockbox. Therefore, we did not see the host at all, which did not disturb us. We then went directly to the sauna, which was clean, tidy and worked great. The room was not particularly large but has everything you need including a small balcony with lake view. A breakfast buffet can also be seen. All in all, we were very happy with our overnight stay.
