Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. Apartment on the farm

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.
