It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

The new comfortable wooden Veselý Svišť (Cheerful Marmot) Chalet is situated in the middle of the Lachtal ski resort in Styria directly at the 1a ski slope. The chalet can offer accommodation for 2 families or a group of up to 8 friends. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with a terrace & barbecue, a bathroom and a living area with the wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two 4-bed rooms, a balcony and another bathroom.

Active Chalet

Our modern AktivChalet in the beautiful Lachtal valley has 4 double rooms, 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances incl. a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with pine beds, for restful and healthy sleep. The chalet is easily accessible by car, but we recommend carrying snow chains in winter.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
