The place is located in a cutout landscape, quietness and room for play and creativity is easily accessible. Great for a family or friends looking for a great summer spot.

Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standards. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also short distance to bus, train and grocery store. Marka and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the outdoorsy. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive.
