RENTAL OF A STUDIO for 2 people, 16 m2 habitable and 30 m2 on the ground floor, located on the 1st floor of a separate annex at the back of the house. Independent entrance with staircase. Your arrival is through an independent entrance using a key box or by the owners. Private parking. Studio composed of a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, kitchen and living room. The studio is air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels included. Accommodation not accessible for people with disabilities.

Our cottage has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living space with private access to the terrace and garden. The living room consists of a sofa, TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto the dining area. You will have access to the bathroom (walk-in shower, cabinet with sink). Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area. A closed room is accessible in the basement.

This cottage at 550 m altitude will delight nature lovers, you can come with your family. Just 8 minutes from Guebwiller, Murbach with its majestic Abbey and its charming Notre Dame de Lorette chapel is nestled in a green setting. There are many walks and for the more athletic there is no shortage of mountain bike trails. 30 minutes from Colmar and Mulhouse, 45 minutes from Basel or Fribourg, many varied tourist discoveries (wine route, castles, museums etc...)
