This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. From the outside with old beautiful sandstone, from the inside modern. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with a family bed (3 m) where we sleep 4 :) The couch can be pulled out. Unser über 175 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

The apartment is part of a detached house, has a separate entrance, a private parking space and a fully equipped kitchen. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. A playground is nearby.

We are located in the center of the rose city of Zweibrücken in the district of Ixheim. The connection to the highway is less than 5 minutes away. At 60 m², the apartment is large enough to spread out and relax. There is 200 Mbit Internet and HD TV available. Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
