A lovely home and family. Small touches are added to make sure guest feel extra welcome and at home. Plenty of space, thoughtful and functional adds, like places to hang jackets and towels, cooking oil, salt/pepper, coffee and tea. Storage in the bathroom, kitchen well stocked, etc. Very thoughtfully and well done. Communication was proactive and responses came quickly, which was very appreciated. Markus was kind, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There is no smoking allowed on the balcony, which keeps it clean for all guests :)

I was in Cologne to visit friends. The place with Susanne was, for me, just the right place. Cute apartment with everything you need. Communication was great, friendly and quick. I felt very comfortable. We'll happily come back anytime:).

The house itself was very nice—modern, well-stocked, and comfortable with thoughtful touches like dishwasher liquid already provided. It was a great space to stay in. The host was very responsive and replied quickly to my messages. When I needed assistance, she hopped in her car and was there in 10 minutes, which I really appreciated. Regarding the location, while it’s advertised as being close to Cologne, I found that the commute to the central station can take longer than 20 minutes depending on timing and transfers if you are using public transportation. For me, it was totally manageable, but it’s good to be aware that getting to some parts of Cologne might take longer than expected even if they are close by. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to those who don’t mind a slightly longer commute to the Cologne city center or to those who want to be in Leverkusen :)
