Look at the sheep grazing nearby. A bird sanctuary with more than 60 species of birds. Your stay helps us bring life back to the romantic ruins of Skrytín Castle.

The Hirschbaude is located in Saxon Switzerland, directly in the Kirnitzschtal. You will spend the night in a small hut in the middle of the wildly romantic hillside garden. After your excursions, enjoy the magical evening atmosphere with a campfire or barbecue or warm up in front of the fireplace on cold. Important: There are two (very lovely) free-roaming dogs Ronja+Mary Rose, 2 cats, rabbits and ducks. The accommodation and access isnot barrier-free. A tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.
