A unique gem of a small charming cottage of about 19 m2. The cottage is completely secluded, in the middle of a fantastic natural area, adjacent to Odsherred Golf Club's courses (12 fairways), Sommerland Sjælland Amusement Park, StreetFood 400 away, Denmark's largest climbing course. No neighbors for miles around and you are not bothered by the area's many possibilities. Here you can really find peace and many wonderful nature experiences. There is plenty of wildlife and hiking trails. REMEMBER good footwear for hiking :).

Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Top-class nature experiences with 300m to the forest and 2 km to Denmark's best beach. We can't wait to welcome you in.

Huset har 4 soveværelser og plads op til 9 gæster + babyseng. Tre værelser har dobbeltsenge, og det fjerde en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng - ideelt for familier eller flere par. Ca. 10 minutters gang til stranden.

Cozy small primitive summer house (48 m2) by the beach 800 meters. 2 bedrooms with pull out double beds. One sofa. Small kitchen and living room with wood burning oven. The house is old and some floors are crooked. Large garden and terrace and bon fire place. Outdoor shower with warm water. 3 km to nearest shopping and lots of farm shops with vegetables and local honey. Sommerland Sjælland is about 10 km away and Odden Havn is 15 km where you can by fresh fish and have a nice danish lunch.

Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Slap af med familien i dette skønne sommerhus. Sommerhuset ligger forenden af en blind vej. I gåafstand til strand og skov. Der er sengepladser til 6 fordelt på 3 soveværelser. Et køkken i forbindelse med stue og spisestue. Haven er udstyret med trampolin, alverdens havespil, bålplads, god have med plads til leg og et legehus. Udebruser og solrig terrasse. Sommerhuset har gennemgået en gennemgribende forvaltning med nyt køkken med opvaskemaskine, gulv og vaskemaskine. Velkommen!

Cozy cottage close to the water in a lovely cottage area in the woods and nature. The cottage is only a 5-minute walk to the family-friendly Gudmindrup beach. The house has 2 good terraces, depending on where the sun is, as well as a lot of cozy nooks in the large garden. The house itself contains a large kitchen-living room where the whole family gathers. In addition, a master bedroom with space for 2, as well as an extra room with 3 beds. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

Out in nature, authentic living, away from the big city

Experience our unique cottage on a 3000m² undisturbed natural plot surrounded by majestic trees. The large terrace offers breathtaking views and doubles the house's living area throughout the summer. Here you will only be visited by deer, squirrels and pheasants. The cottage is located 1 km from Gudmindrup Strand with dunes and gardens. The house, built in 1962, has only had two owners. Attention has been paid to details and decor with respect for the original building style.

Slap af med hele familien i dette skønne sommerhus ved Gudmindrup Lyng. Huset er 60 kvm og består af 3 værelser, samt et anneks i forbindelse med huset. To værelser med dobbeltseng og et værelse med køjeseng, samt anneks med sovesofa. Derudover er der stue, køkken og spiseplads. Der er toilet i huset og baderum i anneks. Anneks og hus er forbundet med en overdækning. Der er pilleovn og varmepumpe. Vi renoverer løbende så der kan være ændring ifht billederne.

Tag en afslappende pause fra hverdagen i dette lille fine sommerhus, hvor der kan hygges med gang i brændeovnen en kold vinter dag. Huset ligger kun 1,2 km i gå afstand fra den smukkeste sand strand. Her er KUN udendørs brus - som kun kan anvendes hvis der ikke er frost! Udenfor er en overdækket og møbleret terrasse, hvor kaffen kan nydes i læ. Sommerhuset ligger 11 km fra hyggelige Nykøbing Sjælland.
