The cottage, built in 1993, is 63 m² and there is an annex with both bedroom, toilet, laundry room and bicycle shed. The home is suitable for up to 6 people, and has, among other things, a thermostat-controlled wood pellet stove, internet and cable TV. The holiday home is located on a 1200 m² plot with both lawn and mixed vegetation.

Følg Fyrstien mod det gamle Gilleleje, eller i modsat retning mod Nakkehoved Fyr, hvorfra der er en betagende udsigt.

Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 people respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There is a ping pong table, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 passes almost directly by the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is only 3.5 km away.
