Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

The house is one of the first to be built on the beach town of Snig. It is a house with a lot of history and soul located along the road to Norway's southern tip Lindesnes. Private terrace. Velkommen til Vika. Dette er et gammelt koselig hus med en nydelig sjø utsikt . Det har den mest fantastiske utsikten utover Spinds fjorden som ligger midt i den flotte skjærgården utenfor Farsund. Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. I perioden fra April til og med September er prisen på huset inkludert båt ved ukes leie. Godkjent Turist fiske sted Ta kontakt for å leie huset i sommer halvåret.

Modern cabin with good sun conditions. High standard, child-friendly and located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seats for approx. 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor areas. On the fire pit you can cook barbecue food or use as a cozy place on late evenings. Many nice activities in the nearby area - trips, fishing from the jetty, swimming, campfire on the nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).

Welcome to us! New funky house from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the lake. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Towels (1 large + 1 small) and bed linen are included in the price, and the beds are made upon arrival. 2 parking spaces. There is a large terrace to the west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Our house is located 50 meters from the sea and only 300 meters from the beautiful beach Njervesanden! You have forest and mountains just outside the door and the house is also close to the famous underwater restaurant Under Room for 6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, washing machine, dryer, freezer and TV. Full-equipped kitchen including dishwasher Smoking is not allowed in the house NB! The costs for the electricity is not included in the price.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
