Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and the height under the roof makes nature come close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found approx. 2 min walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, it is right out in a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

The apartment is completed in April 2022. It has 1 double bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. A total of 4 beds. Also space for a children's travel bed in the master bedroom, or inside the walk-in closet. The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Accessible EV charger. Large playground with artificial grass pitch as the closest neighbor.

Newer delicate apartment as close to the sea as you can get! Good sun conditions, child friendly in a quiet area. On the terrace there are several good chairs, and delicious olive trees. Just enjoy the BBQ from a brand new Weber grill! The sun sets over the mountain at 9 pm lately. Then it's lovely and sitting on the terrace and enjoying the sunset I can promise Many nice activities, nice hiking trails, own beach, fishing from the jetty, trampoline, sandbox and possibility to borrow 3 SUP boards.

Modern cabin with good sun conditions. Has a high standard, is child friendly and is located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seating for about 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor zones. On the fire pit you can prepare barbecue food or use as a cuddle in late evenings. Lots of nice activities in the nearby area - hiking, fishing from jetty, swimming, fire pit on nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to Dyreparken (Kristiansand).
