Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - trains to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if necessary.

Newly renovated guest house in wonderful Ljunghusen!

Walking distance to chalk white beaches and Ljunghusens golf club. You will have the entire guesthouse to yourselves! The guesthouse is about 20 sqm and has a kitchenette and bathroom. The room has a queen-size continental bed and sofa bed. AC, Wi-Fi and TV are available. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster. Access to patio in southwest location. Possibility to borrow two bikes for lovely excursions to restaurant/ICA (approx. 1 km), Skanör/Falsterbo (approx. 6 km) and Höllviken (approx. 4 km).

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

The appartment is renovated 2016. You have a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a small dining table. You have also a patio outside . Access to laundry equipment. The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.
