The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Med en kort cykeltur är ni nere i byn, här finns restauranger, matbutiker, shoppinggalleria, bio & förbindelser till Malmö. Stugan har hög standard, välutrustat kök, WC, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Bäddsoffa 140cm för 1-2 personer, sovloft med dubbelsäng 180cm. Egen p-plats, ingång & avskilt läge.

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Completely newly built "Attefall" house in the perfect location, a stone's throw from Falsterbokanalen and 800m forest walk to the beach with good bus connections . Complete kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and cozy sleeping loft. In addition, the apartment house has its own nice patio with dining table and sofa group. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi and AC. Free parking is also available. Open for rent for longer periods but also weekly.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to beach, shopping and Höllviken's restaurant offerings. This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.

New guesthouse for maximum 4 persons. Fully equipped. Public transportations are not the best so we REALLY recommend getting here by car. Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away.
