Monthly Rentals in Holmes Beach

We visited for spring break and enjoyed our time so much! The unit is beautifully renovated and right on the beach! Pool is ocean front which is so nice with kids. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were provided which was so nice for airport travel. We loved Anna Maria / Holmes beach and we will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house on Anna Maria Island! It was perfect for our family of five—our kids (ages 14, 12, and 8) had plenty of space and loved every minute. The location is amazing—just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for sunrise walks or to catch the sunset in the evenings. One of our favorite memories was heading to the beach at night with flashlights to find ghost crabs—so much fun for the kids (and us too!). The heated pool was an extra bonus—great for relaxing after a beach day or letting the kids burn off some more energy. We also walked to Skinny’s a few times for burgers and having Walgreens, Publix, and a little shopping plaza close by was super convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had a laid-back beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

Great beach! Nice pool and spa too with new heaters. Cant wait to come back.
