The fully equipped accommodation has its own garden with terrace, which guarantees privacy, and is very child-friendly.

The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach.
