The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea water temperature in Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin.
