Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Enjoy the peace and quiet, no car noise and the beautiful view over the water. Or go on the water with a canoe or boat. The cottage is heated by a gas heater downstairs. A warm sweater and slippers are recommended in winter. It is not allowed to have parties or make a lot of noise here.
