We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.

Please know this home has NO ELEVATOR or LIFT.Renters must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs. This camp has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Upstairs is a loft and half bath. This home can sleep a total of 12 guests
