Florian is a great host. His cabin is romantic and practical at the same time. Located on a beautiful sunny slope, it was an ideal starting point for wonderful days of skiing for us. The panoramic view is beautiful at any time and mood. The cabin has everything we needed with its furnishings and was both original and familiar at the same time. We were completely happy.

We stayed in the original rock for two weeks with two adults, two children and dog and were super satisfied. The property complies with the descriptions and has everything you need. Especially the natural pool and jacuzzi were used every day bonus. The location is great. Lake Achen is close by and also various hiking areas, such as the Karwendel mountains are within easy reach. We would fully recommend the original rock.

We had a fantastic time staying at Angelika’s apartment! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—actually, even better. What really made our stay special was Angelika herself. She was incredibly helpful, always available, and went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. If you’re considering booking—don’t hesitate. We had a wonderful girls weekend in this fantastic chalet! The house not only offers generous space, but is furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail. You immediately notice that everything has been thought of here – be it in the well-equipped kitchen, the cozy bedrooms or the stylish bathrooms. A very special highlight was the bathtub. Located on the western slope of the Zillertal, the "Chalet Hochzillertal" offers a beautiful overview of almost the entire Zillertal. For a stay of ten, four rooms with comfortable beds are well prepared. In addition to the bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets, we found a super cozy parlor with a spacious dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette including wood-burning stove with a somewhat unconventional room concept. The large south-facing terrace accessible from the kitchen was sometimes our main place to stay. Together with the sauna/wellness area, the chalets of the Kama-Alm invite you to linger and are at the same time a high starting point for many hikes. We really enjoyed the stay and are happy to be a guest next time. Thanks to Kathrin and Manfred!

It was just wonderful! We really enjoyed our family vacation with our 1.5 year old son! The apartment is very cozy, super equipped and large. Everything was sparkling clean. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the great flexibility until two days before departure, because it was really great! Thanks to the Wildschönau Card, we were able to use all gondola lifts for free. It was really great and we look forward to next time!

Very nice house! And we've never had such a clean cottage! For a small problem, Irmgard was immediately available and took care of it right away and sent someone! The communication was generally very nice and accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The ski area is close by, the kitchen is great for long cooking nights and the indoor cinema great for a relaxing night! I can highly recommend the place!

We had an amazing stay at Alexia's chalet. It gives a very homely and comfortable feeling. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. everything we needed was readily available. Alexia was an excellent host, communicating promptly and ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful retreat to return to. The comfortable beds and cozy living spaces made us feel right at home, and we particularly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We would highly recommend Alexia's chalet to anyone looking for a relaxing skiing getaway, and we're already looking forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful house. The sauna is an absolute highlight, with view into the forest. 50m from Nordic skiing and easy to get to the slopes.

The house is very warm and furnished with love for detail. The wellness area is really a highlight! The landlord is extremely friendly, reliable and available. We enjoyed it very much in total.

Five of us stayed here in March '25 and went skiing in the local area. The house is very nicely finished and has a very comfortable setup. Mostly we cooked for ourselves but one evening we walked around the corner to the "Restaurant Zur Glitzernden Lederhos'n", which I can also recommend. The local ski area is great too. Overall, a super experience and we hope to come back to stay here again!

The chalet was exactly as described. 2 very practical family rooms (large bedroom with sitting area + additional smaller bedroom), and 2 large bedrooms with living areas are perfect for families with infants. 2 high chairs and 2 travel beds for babies were available. The kitchen is well stocked: blender, weighing, oven dishes, etc. A charcoal grill is also available. Small negative point: 2 x 90cm beds and sheets in all rooms. Sometimes inconvenient because the mattresses move apart. The first questions about Airbnb were answered by automatic answers, but after we got the phone number from the local contact, everything went much easier. Check-in was also very straightforward and flexible. The chalet is clean, modern and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the time there.

We stayed for a week in August (2 adults and 4 children). The house is excellent, very spacious and well equipped with amazing views across to the mountains from the main floor which includes the living areas and master bedroom. The pool is an added bonus and a good size. The location is great with many activities just a 5-10 mins drive away. Manuela was a wonderful host and we had a really enjoyable holiday. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The holiday in this house was just perfect. The living ambience including sauna is second to none and the paths to the elevator, restaurants and shopping are short. Claudia's organization as well as communicating with her are impeccable. I'd love to come back...

We were in the house with 11 people in mid-April and would come back any time. Everything went great. Great view in a great quiet location!

At the beginning of May, we spent a few days hiking there with friends. We were able to start our hikes directly from the house. There is a large construction site for a mountain tunnel in the immediate vicinity, but none of this could be heard, so we could enjoy some quiet days. The chalet corresponded exactly to the pictures, the kitchen was well stocked, even spices and oil were available. Outside we could grill, wood was provided to us. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We booked the accommodation very spontaneously and felt very comfortable! The place is a bit remote, but very quiet and located directly on the lake. Communication worked out great and questions or concerns were answered very quickly. Glad to come back!

We stayed at Schliersee for five nights with 8 adults and 4 infants. The location right on the lake is absolutely top: in just one minute you are on the water, and a great playground is within walking distance of about five minutes – perfect for families with children. The house itself offers a real highlight for the little ones with its beautiful garden, trampoline and climbing frame – that was golden! The rooms and beds were clean, cozy and very comfortable, as were kitchen and bathrooms. The large balcony with lake view is also particularly great. The house offers plenty of space, even for larger groups with young children. The only small shortcoming: In the bathroom on the first floor, there were occasional drainage smells, and a vacuum cleaner would have helped with such a large group to suck in between. Overall, but still full 5 stars – we can fully recommend the place!
