The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The village center Meilen as well as the train station with direct S-Bahn connection to Zurich (12 min. to Zurich Stadelhofen) are 10 minutes walk. Lake, sports complex with indoor pool and recreational area are in the immediate vicinity. The studio is also suitable for weekly stays of several weeks.
