Born and raised in Faial, i have a wonderful family and I love to travel and meet new people! I spent quite a lot of time renovating this house completly! This was designed to be a real home and I think this makes a difference! The view to Pico island and to the sea blow us way! Exactly in the center of Horta, the house is confortable and the kitchen well equipped: with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hob. 10 minutos walk away from Peter Café Sport and Porto Pim beach.

Praia do Almoxarife - Casa da Partira "the grinding"

About 4 km to the north, from the city of Horta, is Almoxarife Beach. In the "grinding" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It has a traditional moth architecture that dates back to the beginning of the last century. In grinding, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, craft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

Situa-se num antigo bairro de pescadores de frente para a baía e praia de Porto Pim e para o Forte de São Sebastião, muito agradável, tradicional e muito muito calmo.

Apartment situated at the entrance of Porto Pim beach, with a fabulous view of the whole house to the bay, full of light and color, designed to feel like a boat sailing the bay. Next to restaurants, coffee, bakery, mini-market and less than 5 minutes walk from the center of town. The host is also a sailboat skipper that is available for cruises ranging from half a day at sea to onboard trips.

Our Winery is the ideal space to rest. It is by the sea, you have a magnificent view of the mountain. Although it is in a more isolated area, as it is located in the Landscape of the World Heritage Vineyard, it is very close to all the necessary resources (Health Center, Market, etc.). It has a bathing area a few meters away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Completed in 2024, Villa Valverde is located near the center of Madalena, overlooking the island of Faial.
