The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. Very close to IFEMA, the Palacio de Congresos, Clínica Universidad de Navarra, and the airport, with excellent connections to the rest of Madrid.

The space has many windows and lots of light, hot in winter and very cool in summer with air conditioning. Next to a Shopping Center with shops and cafes, the neighborhood is very quiet with a very nice neighborhood and many parks and green areas.
