About this place

The house is located in one of the most beautiful and well-served areas of Reggio Emilia, close to the historic centre, the Santa Maria Hospital, and the Villa Salus and Villa Verde clinics. The area is well served by public transport, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The modern structure is equipped with an elevator, a large terrace and private covered parking. The rooms are quiet and equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, plasma television and private bathroom.

The space
The Il Giardino D'inverno Room offers independent access and a lounge in the anteroom, creating an intimate and welcoming environment for those arriving for the first time. The entrance to the garden welcomes guests with a sitting area scented with jasmine, ideal for relaxing before entering. The interior decor is a mix of modernity, personal creativity and antique pieces from grandmother Nella, with large windows overlooking the garden and the city.

The main entrance of the house is spacious and carefully furnished, equipped with two large bookcases accessible to guests and numerous information brochures on events in the city. Upstairs, an open space with kitchen and dining room opens onto a large terrace with gazebo and swimming pool, where you can enjoy meals by the pool during the summer. The dishes, personally prepared by Marzia, are made with selected foods, taking into account the needs of guests, with the possibility of lunches and dinners on request.

Different types of rooms are available: double, triple, or the mini-apartment with two triple rooms and a shared private living room. All rooms have a private bathroom, are distant from each other and equipped with an anti-door to ensure maximum privacy between the rooms and the living spaces of the house.

Guest access
All home spaces are accessible to guests. Each room is equipped with a television, wardrobe, armchairs, air conditioning and kettle. Bed linen, sheets and towels are changed weekly or as needed.

During your stay
I live in the house, so I will be available for requests, information, and anything my guests need. I offer a free shuttle service for people using the services of Villa Salus, Villa Verde and the Marconi station. As for the Santa Maria Nuova Main Hospital, being very close, there is no need, but it is still possible, upon request, to use the transport.
