his guesthouse has a main building and annexe. Private rooms lock; dorms use curtain partitions. Facilities are shared. Popular with solo travellers, pilgrims, and Yosakoi dancers. A 30-min music show starts at 17:30, and the lounge is open for socialising. Check-in 15:00–21:00. Dinner 18:00–19:00 free curry; breakfast 7:30–9:45. Located on Route 33 near the tram and JR Asahi. Parking ¥1,000 per car / ¥500 motorcycle. Free bicycles. After 21:00 check-in fee ¥5,000; after 22:00 no check-in.

the building is facing the main street and tram line, so if you like a very quiet room, LuLuLu may not be a good place for you

you have to go up stairs to your room on 2nd floor, there is no elevator

Lululu, Kochi's first share house, has been operating in Kochi since 2009, and finally the second building (August 2016) has been completed.Along with the shared house where locals live together, we also prepared a guest house to accommodate travelers.
It is operated by a family, we also live in the next building.
The first floor is a lounge where everyone can enjoy eating, relaxing and exchanging information.

I have been involved in the local town magazine in Kochi Prefecture for more than 20 years, so please ask me any information about Kochi!　Other than that, I love real estate, shared houses, guest houses, travel, music, movies, small businesses, etc., so there are lots of relevant books.
