Beautiful apartment, spacious, sunny, with beautiful views of the courtyard and the village. The layout of the rooms and the partitions created by the architect make it original and very pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of Houlgate and its beautiful beach. Thomas was accommodating and very responsive and we really enjoyed the welcome gift.

Our stay went very well. The apartment was very clean, the instructions clear, and true to the photo. Suzanne was responsive to our messages and flexible for our arrival. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the sea and shops. We always found a free space in front of the building despite the lack of parking in the listing.

Cozy and very well geolocated accommodation. Close to the beach and the city center. Secure residence with parking space. Sunny and quiet terrace. Listing as pictured . The kitchen is very small ,rather planning an easy meal to prepare. Comfortable bedding, bed linen and towels provided. Host available and very responsive. The apartment in the time-honored Grand Hotel is in every respect something special, the building, the location, the view and apartment itself. Anyone lucky enough to vacation in Benjamin's apartment will have a very good time. Houlgate has everything you need for a beautiful vacation and doesn't seem so crowded. But there is also a lot to do and discover in the area.
