There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) is rented out at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically located close to the sea. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (2 sleeping places). Max 6 people.
