The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Apartment is after complete reconstruction, with all the necessary stuff you may need such as blinds in bedroom, kids playground, bed for new-borns and enough hot water with strong stream. Access to the apartment is through code lock-box.

You can park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are only next door.

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
